So I was told by several players that to get this achievement all I had to do was have 10 mounts total and it didn't have to be on one character but could be spread out on more then one. 

 

I know it says single character ( though I didn't see this till I already got the mounts) but everyone who did this one said they didn't have 10 mounts on just one but spread across their characters.

 

  I have four characters and as of now have a total of 10 mounts.   I had 7 total and just did a lot of boonies  to obtain 2 flying carpets and spent 50g for a cape to add it to one of them for a total of 10 mounts and nothing came up :<.

 

main - 3 mounts

1st alt - 3 mounts

2nd alt - 2 mounts

3rd alt - 2 mounts

10 total

 

disappointed and didn't really need to spend 50g on a mount if I wasn't trying for the achievement since I didn't need a cape on my 1st alt.

 

also it is checked off as you can see but not highlighted soo bug? 

can I have my achievement please , thanks .

it works only for 1 char not all chars. So u have to collect 10 mounts on 1 character

This achievement was recently changed when Founder and Achievement pets/mounts/emotes became account-wide. Up until recently all mounts earned on the account would count towards it, but now it counts the number of mounts on a single character.

 

The checked item refers to the dependent achievement. Filling Up the Stable relies on Trusty Steed (which I'm guessing you have), the objective of which is to obtain a mount.

 

It's just down to bad timing unfortunately.

grumbles, seems a bit unfair considering we all don't have those and then it's changed while others were able to do it oh sigh lol. e.e

If you put in a ticket about this, we can see what we can do about your 50g.

 

However, while this escaped the patch notes, the achievement description was updated the reflect the change. If the requirement description doesn't match what others have said they have done, then let us know! It could be a bugged achievement, or (like has happened here) the achievement could have been changed.

uhm well all I know is several told me they got their wings from having 10 mounts across their characters but I can't tell you when they did them of course (if that's what you mean).     but not sure how the achievement description as it shows in my pic reflects the change other then it was changed then when the last patch gave those with founders/achievement mounts/emotes/pets a way to have those on all their characters.  seems like two different things but ok :/.  *fills out ticket to request gold refund*  but rather just have my achiev. filled and obtain green wings lol. sigh

 

 

oh btw if you mean that they got their wings when it changed as in they got them previous to patch by getting 10 mounts on one character so now they were able to get that on all. that's not what they did or what I was referring to. 

 

they did what I did.  obtained 10 mounts in total but the 10 mounts are not on just one character but spread out on whatever characters they have whether it's 2 or more.   thus getting the wings for having 10 mounts.

I got this about 15 mins after mount release, each of my alts had arcane disc, so it was account wide at the time

I think this cover's the issue thought look's like got acvent and no wings ?

If that's case then there probly issue with updated text - Do to change one need's have 10 on one toon.

 

Personaly got my wing's 2-3 day's after mount update - bought disc - ran boondock's cover other's got wing's that way.

 

thought look's of it mount's was changed in last update - fixed relieced 1 toon vs account wide. - thought acvemnt still count account wide so must be bug there some where, as say reward for 10 mount's after get acvemnt should get mount - issue with text still.

2 other acvemnt's gained bye some socket pure gem - bug gain this from 2 tier's lower.

start of BT/RG - gain lvl 50 acvemnt spend 100 relic's

 

these 2 few got from issue, Sadly Other's in list that missing any point's start with.

Other acvemnt's making them harder to get in genral. change with mount's hard get 10 on one toon!

3 Crafted mount's - 3 bought mount's 4 droped mount's - Elite Troll - PL - To3 - Boondock's drop's

option - 5k valor - 1k EP - 2.5k EP - possible much hard get those wings.

You have 10 alts, for example and just buy an arcane disc on all of them. Suddenly you have the achievement for a grand total of 60 gold, I think? Some promotional mounts also now include training. So you learn it on one account and suddenly you have a free achievement.

 

We can't (and wouldn't) remove the achievement from people who already have it. However, we didn't want the Emerald Wings to become meaningless.

I wouldn't mind the wings being removed from my account, Main has 9 mounts plus Emerald wings, if they were removed i'd just buy rocket or red whirlythingy and get them back
