Last shot - have you checked every room in the Varuna Academy in Mythos for quests?

since she just hit lvl 30 then any quest above that probably isn't available yet so I've done whatever was before or I think I have.

 

I think that is a general problem with the quest system. I have been "stuck" several times myself, when I thought I had completed all quests in the quest book (many quests require this), but it is because we cannot see the ones that are above our level, so we don't know that there are more to come before we can finish it. I think they should all be there, just grayed out, so that we can see what we need to complete at higher levels in order to finish a quest book.

so last nightish with some help from felli we went to find feyaya (sp?) since I kind of forgot where she was at and no ? to show me the way even with the quest highlighted.  anyway I was able to get the next step (should be it) so think now for that one as I follow what's next should be fine.   but yah think the quest book can be a bit confusing especially if your like me and don't follow one quest line at a time.  

 

I tend to do quests by going down the list from lowest level to highest since I seem to always have quests left that are below whatever current level I'm at instead of finishing one quest thread at a time.  I also may be very random and do a quest say one for drops but not  hand it in when done so I end up with bunch of drops I then track back where to go when I"m ready to hand in.

 

same with finishing some quests.  I may do them but not go back to the npc just then and could be days or weeks later I actually hand it in.

 

when I have been stuck before like previously on my ranger I may just skip it till some time way later.

 

my ranger still has quests left over and I had been doing some here and there just to do something different then dungeons and dailies even if the xp I get rewarded is wasted I got curious and wanted to do some of the quests that been sitting on her for months now.   slowly ending up with 4x quests left ( though I did a few here and there like in azarq desert).

 

anyway thanks all for the replies.  sure I'll get stuck on something again on either my ranger or mage, haha

What did you have to do other than talk to her? It seems like something must be amiss, since it looked like that's all you had to do from my end.

uhm I"ll have to go back and continue it since I didn't do the next step and it'll be easier for me to post about that when I"m in game and can look at the quest book again as I lose track of quest chapter names and all that lol. 

 

update: After going back to frey , no ? and since I couldn't find what was next from the book i unchecked 'completed quests' and said she sends me to mojawk so there he gives me a quest to get some bear drops.   so think that's where it continues off from.  hope that helps
