The slow effect and ranged attack is a good addition which makes aoe farming them challenging , but their slow effect stacks making u perma slowed and slow doesnt give you the slow immunity after the slow duration is over .
Is this intended that way ?
Sideline - HCS spolied my plan to farm them 
Was it done in the hotfix ?

You can farm perfecct at Temple of Sands by server hop still 
And yeah it was added with an hotfix I believe. I like it tho But I prefer gridning at lvl 42's instead

Am doing that only right now , Gets boring if u server hop a lot Music is the good way to break that boredom of monotonicity .
43-44 they give less xp

Its not that much less And since its easier and probably faster to kill the 42's. Its moer xp

You can get 3 slow debuffs by the same attack when u battle a lot of vamps
