I think i may have seen this somewhere or maybe i put it down somewhere i dont know. but basically there should be a notice board that our guild members can go to and read news about stuff like ranks or rules or anything that needs to reach the ears of the members. you could give a notice for it like u do for the chat logs or guild logs so that ppl know something new was added.
You could put alot of stuff on it like:
Your guild website.
Your ranking system.
Guild contests.
and nameless other things.
also editing this notice board would be a privilege

Too small. It should be something more like a forum, but restricted to only guildmembers. Something like what HCS does for one of their other games (SolarFleet).
Either that, or both ideas.

my idea is to make things as simple as possible, use whats already
in game and just tweak it to become more usefull ...
I like your idea too, but must admit that if we did have it, I'd still be asking for a forum for the longer and more detailed plans & discussions. Your suggestion would still be great for something like guild announcements or news that needs to be up-front rather than burried in guild chat.
