Find contentSo my issue started when i first logged on to the game thursday night. the game came up but the screen was off, meaning in order for me to click the settings button in game, i would have to move my cursor out of the game window. After tinkering with that for a bit, i was able to get my game screen into full screen mode and that fixed my cursor to match up to where it "should" be in game. However the second i would take the full screen off it would show a duplicate window of just the bottom of the screen. After messing with screen settings and restarting the client I can see the game unpacking core etc but when the actual game client tries to load it just gives me either an all white screen or an all black screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and that didn't work. I downloaded the eldevin diagnostic tool and cleared my cache, validated and preloaded the game and still nothing. It also will not let me change my graphic settings from the Eldevin Diag tool. My next post i will post the System information, run diagnostic and "view log".
If anybody has any ideas or a solution i would greatly appreciate it so i can get back in game
