Is the drop rate right?


Yes. The drop rate is correct.

You need to be using Mission Finder & Resource Finder.

ok, I am going to wait for the highest person in the game to be a level 500 before leveling again, I don't want to go against these new elites by myself, or with a a group of the same level

I've had no problem getting the mission drops. I am specifically talking about the set resources, which as I recall are a product of FI since BG said that scavenger would not work on elites. At any rate, I have tested all the various buffs, have logged over 60 kills with various item buffs running and still have only got one elite resource which I got with no buff on.


On other feedback, it is nice to have a truly elite elite for once. This bugger is quite tough to one hit without a squad so kudos. However, making it so tough in conjunction with 5 different drops and requiring a mission whereby you need to get 6 mission drops really was not so cool.

soloing is easy enough, just having issue with getting the drops. (not mission ones,w hich is easy enough, but component one for the set) killed 40+ and no drop with trying both FI and scav. just lot of blueprint and few mission items.

as is, I won't be making this set.

yeah i would have 2 say being such a tough elite and the set drop rate is so low, you would think the sets would be better as well, im a lil disappointed , i was hoping 2 see new skills and a quick buff for class skills...hopefully next content:) 8-)

It took me 32 kills to get the right BP and the mission items from the elite. I had MF and scavenger running. I got one resource drop in those kills. I did not use FI. I had to use forged core gear to solo and was 2, 3 and 4 hitting which was really not big deal. From what I have heard in world chat and personal PM's the drop rate for the resource to make the sets is very bad. I have no desire to beat up on the elite to make a set that has a resource drop rate like this.

Content was good and I did like the missions. The elite made you use your head to figure out how to kill it solo. I found it interesting that the set up that I had to solo the elite would not touch the champion as I was going for a defense set up and the champ would eat my lunch. After I got the BP and mission items from the elite I switched gear and had no problem 1 hitting the champ and getting those mission items.

Well, content done and over 40 solo elite kills now with one resource drop, so I think this is a tough group of sets to make.

I was soloing in just the level 190 HK gear - not 1 hitting, but not dying either, so it wasn't too hard.

My one question is this - why do level 250 sets need only 115 (Soldier, Cyborg, Mutant) or 120 (Purist) points in the passive skills at the top of the class tree?

Since we can invest 125 it seems odd to not require the maximum for that level, e.g. 120 for the 200, 210, 220, 230 and 240 sets and now 125 for the new ones. I haven't checked, but I assume the 'lower' requirement has been the same on other sets and I only picked this up now!

Wow......I am really impressed! Thank you for doing this so fast. To be honest I am really shocked as we are used to waiting for the doorway to open until content is about to come out. Hummmmmmm is new content about to come out again :mrgreen:
