I can put bound white tuxedo pants in my vault, but I can't place bound dungeon  gear in the vault.

They both say bound , but one is more bound than the other.

This ain't a bug Tux is vanity (can be shared account wide) dungeon gear isn't (character only)

I'm saying there should be a way to differentiate them.

Example:Account bound, Character bound.

Not bound on both items and expect everyone to know what it means.

For example someone who trade a bound vanity shirt through accounts before would one day find a heroic item,wield it to see how it looks and get the message this item will be bound on equip.Their though process would be "Oh bound, I can still give this to my other character because i did the same to my bound vanity shirt "

So I highly suggest HCS revise this.

I completely agree, although this should be in Suggestions, not Bugs.
