I don't know if anyone's gotten around to reporting this yet, so I figured I'd throw in a post!
Currently, the new belts from the Legendary Chest rewards are slightly bugged. While the snare and slow procs seem to work, they also have an unfortunate side effect of snaring people who buff and heal players with one equipped!
Some prophets during boss fights were getting snared while healing players with snare belts equipped. While it's a fairly isolated issue now, as more and more players get new belts, this could become quite frustrating for healers.
If you could take a look into this, that would be great!
