I checked what you have on your website, and your work is quite good....
But I feel you have neglected those of us that are ladies....  I usually do my own work, but I am nowhere near as talented as you are...  Maybe something along the lines of Anne Stokes' work?
 

It would be really really nice if the Listing section of the FSP market was in Ascending order rather than Descending order....  it's really irritating to have to go to the last page to buy a dot rather than have the least expensive ones on the top.... 

Many of us have never experienced the Storybook Questline.... Could this be added to the Roadmap at some point please?

Just a suggestion... new players constantly ask in global how to change their names... Most of us that are ineligible for the 1 time name change have no way of knowing this information, particularly on the app...  It would be a good idea if new players are led directly to this name change and linking their accounts to at the least an email,  so that further confusion down the line is lessened...  (this should also apply to new players that sign up via the browser, but at least the veterans know where to send new players for these functions)

The addition of music was a nice touch.....  
Also, the interface feels crisper and so far is running quite smoothly.  
It took me a minute to figure out the new movement from point A to point B, but I was pleasantly surprised with the simplicity of that once I did.

I am also a free player, and I do all DQ's, except those that are unattainable (Break down hundreds of things?  not for me) and Titans, which I detest.  Sure, 4k tokens is a lot of tokens for a huge Doubler potion, but unless you have massive max stam (500k+), you don't need a doubler that big any more than I do....  
Dream big, by all means, but keep your feet grounded in reality....

Yes, there are many forms of off-site communication that we can use, not only to socialize but to strategize...  but I think you're missing the point that a lot of FS players either can't or won't utilize off site methods.   Sure, a lot are under the misconception that they have to download something, which as I already said isn't true, but there may be other considerations as well.. many social media sites are restricted at workplaces and even in other nations... 
Back in the long ago, when I had to play FS from my local library, FB and comparable sites were blocked, as were many of the more sophisticated games of that time.. FS was the only game I was able to access from there, as a matter of fact.

So, though you do make some valid points, you still seem to have some tunnel vision in that respect...  Unfortunately, not everybody shares your views 
 

I'd like to comment about a recent change regarding new player communications....  we have been told that now new players can only communicate with other players via Discord for their first 48 hours.  Although I do understand the basic reasoning behind this change, I disagree that this is best for said new players or the game.  I've seen how quickly questions are addressed on your Discord channel... if they are answered at all, a huge portion of the time legitimate questions are met with either derision or sarcastic replies....  this helps no one

IMHO, if you are going to restrict in game communications, it should either be for punishment only (similar to the d-fav system at Legacy) or if there must be limitations on new player communications, allow them to at least ask a question in global, or to complete the mentor feature so that new players are prompted to pick a mentor and allow private communications there... 
 
 

This right here. Why downgrade when you can upgrade. This is something guild leaders should be pushing their members to join if they cared at all about communicating and advancing their guild in different aspects of the game. It's 2021 keep up.

Not everybody is comfortable in the discord.... most because of some thinking it's voice only, others thinking they need to download something to their phone or PC... both of these are untrue....

I myself access discord from my Chrome browser...  it's actually the only thing I have ever allowed notifications for.

It's important for guild leadership to allay these "fears" and encourage members and other leaders to join the discord if they wish to have most guild conversations there.

That said, it's pointless to have a feature in game that does not work properly.... cows should fix it or just eliminate it entirely.  Having it there and broken for such a long time does nothing to alleviate attrition rates of the game as a whole. 

And yeah, I know I don't have a dog in this hunt as I'm not guild leadership by any means, but I do care about the good health and longevity of FS as a whole.... having guild leaders happy is vital for that to continue....

On a poll you can't explain your reasoning, on the forums you can. Much more worth from less feedback, yet constructive.

Not all forum commentary is constructive, and the forum takes away the safety of anonymity for those that feel they would be met with a verbal attack from those that may disagree with their point of view...  I, myself, have become reluctant to post on many topics after being belittled or ridiculed for stating my honest opinion, including on topics that I posted myself...  A poll gives those players that avoid posting on the forum a chance to give their opinion without fear of reprisal...

Maybe a poll of the topic at hand in the actual thread could be a good idea?
 

Im sure it still works the same as last time. Also on that note, if you don't have the backpack to hold the brews, whats the point of the mail box? They will disappear after 24 hours because you don't have the space to hold them. You could place the brews in auction for an hour and end up in mail box.

Not sure if this is a troll or not, but regardless, I feel I must reply....

As others have said here, it's not just a ZB in a coffin, it could be revenant corpses, or, Gloop, which, of course, has no use except to kick off a round of BG cackling gleefully...

The corpses, ofc, are useful to those who invent items from the LE's, but those are mostly released a bit later than the GE, and few, if anyone, will be willing to buy something from the AH that they can just as easily acquire for free...
And there is also the fact that even those of us with a middling adequate amount of BP slots have far fewer AH slots...   
Mailboxes are infinite for the most part, limited only to the ticking of the clock...

Newer players will struggle just to keep up, and, I fear that many will just say to heck with it, throw in the towel, and move onto a more modern game with bells and whistles and cutesie music and graphics... Therefore, I still believe that addressing this issue one way or the other is vital for the health of FS in general...
