I'm not a proggy, but surely these features could be implemented in a more timely feature esp. as (from forum visibility at least) Zorg doesn't seem to be doing anything else ?

From other posts Zorg has made, i get the impression he is splitting his time recently between Eldevin website/server development in connection with steam launch, Gift code, Legacy and FS. There might be other projects.

With all that needs to be done for the game, I think that adding FSH features to the game should take a back burner.  I know, I know, I like those features, too, but until they can iron everything out, I will continue to just use FSH.... so not everything works anymore.. I played the game without it before and can do so again.  The features are not VITAL to game play...  In anycase,  I know that Zorg and his compadres are doing all they can to get the game done the way it should be, and we should just learn some patience

Unfortunately there are no compadres when it comes to coding. Zord is the only one working on FS, and this part time.
While the game can be played without FSH, some aspects of the game just become very tedious, to a degree it is not enjoyable any more. Specially if you have large upgrades of Backpack slots, component slots and AH slots; managing them without FSH is a pain. Key players like guild founders, potion brewers, merchants and large scale inventors would suffer the most without the improvements FSH offers. Already now it is a problem for potion brewers that the quick delete/quick count of component slots is broken.
The lack of FSH might not affect your game play that much, just i know for my part the game would lose much of its appeal without FSH.

In my opinion FSH feature integration should happen as fast as possible. Since there do not seem to be enough resources available to do this fully and within a short time frame, it might be a better option if HCS takes over development of FSH.

Zorg working part-time on FS is, to put it bluntly, not really acceptable. I think we, as a community, deserve better than that (esp. as FS is still the cows major source of income - or assumed to be at least).

 

There are a plethora of fixes / updates / new implementations outstanding and at the current rate of delivery, we'll be waiting a LONG time for them ..

 

Zorg needs to be more visible too on the forums - provide a weekly update at least, so folk at least have a clue what's going on
