#999876 Attribute Revamp

Posted by Tartarus1 on 22 February 2020 - 22:19 in Game Content

I like this suggestion but if any of you guys can come up with a formula (which balances the stats as we level up) to where its not broken like this thread I might take that idea.

But as it stands now I feel this change would be nice to have.

#999875 Loyalty Token Shop

Posted by Tartarus1 on 22 February 2020 - 22:16 in Game Content

Well, you know those common "lost" quest items we all have to send in a ticket for?  BG has always said we should have those in a shop of some kind.  I know many (but by no means all) quest items needed for recipes are in the arena shop, why not have some of the more commonly lost/dropped ones in their own special section of the Loyalty shop (Viper Strike comes to mind).

Hmmmm that might actually be a good idea, how would you like the page be like ? I'm thinking of a AH style with restriction on it, like if you posses the quest item needed you cant buy it from the shop.

#999874 Guild Achievements Revamp

I may be in the minority, but imho, we have enough gold sinks as it is.  I want MORE gold!   :P

We could never have enough gold sink ideas to help regulate the economy back 10 years ago.

any time there is something to gain with gold it will,be seen to be able to be exploited

and as alot of you dont seem to mention gold is getting taken out of the game faster than it is getting put back ,dont believe me ask around in your guild they will say the same thing

I'm thinking of some new idea to remove golds from the game so will post it as soon as I come up with a solid idea.

looks like the voting poll is heavily in favor of this type of revamp. What other suggestion do you guys want me to add to this thread ?

#999868 Attribute Revamp

Then what changes do you guys suggest I do ?

#999867 Guild RP Revamp

Well after thinking I think the CD is a bit too much so here's an ultimatum to this problem :

Completely remove the cd aspect OR make cd 5%/6%/7%/8%/10%

Which do you guys prefer ?

The stats is the secondary focus of this suggestion. The main attraction of this suggestion it's the "Buff Slot".

#999845 Guild Achievements Revamp

In general, yes I would also like to see some more achievements and hopefully with worthwile rewards, however the numbers you suggest (both in requirements and in rewards) are too high in my opinion.

The amount is not the important part, the cows themselves can determine what appropriate kill count will be. What I'm hoping for is that the devs implement the idea it self.

1. Plenty of people put points into other areas than damage...

2. Given gear and buffs currently available, LUP's REALLY don't need boosting ..

1- Plenty sure...but majority puts it in dmg.

2- Well let us wait and see what other people say about that.

#999834 Attribute Revamp

I like the concept. I love the idea of revamping and getting some fresh things in the game. Would love to be able to interact even more with my stats. +2 every level doesn't mean much and adds very little interaction for a level up progress.

That's where the multiplier effect comes in, at level 1000 any points you put in stats gets multiplied by 2. So if you get 1500 points in dmg you actually get 3000 points in total added to your stats. And with each 1000 levels you gain multiplier effect increases by +0.5 effect (total point rounds up to the nearest number)

#999832 Attribute Revamp

Posted by Tartarus1 on 15 February 2020 - 20:25 in Game Content

Every time we level up we only add points into dmg since all other stats are useless which seems like a waste of potential to upgrade the page.

Here's how I like to envision the new change of the "Attribute" page :

Every level-up = 2 points
Every Lv. 1000 = 2,000 points
Cap-Limit Every Lv. 1000 = 1,500 points (once all stats are capped cap limit increases by +250)

Now this part is where the new changes begins :

We have 10 "Buff Slots" to begin with (1st 2 unlocked at level 1). These buff slots acts as a passive buff meaning we don't waste stamina to activate nor does it have duration timer.

Every 1000 you gain 2 extra "Buff Slots" (capped at level 4000). The starter 2 slot buffs level will be equal to the buff level you put points in. Once reaching level 1000 equipped buffs will always be at lv. 200. Passive buffs will block other players buff but it does not block/override buffs from "Guild RP" and "Potions" (Meaning you can get 2x Adept Learner buff and stacks together).

Each point add 1 point to our stats, in this suggestion it would work differently by introducing multiplier effect based on players level :

Lv. 1-499
1- Starter Buff Slot = 2
2- Attribute multiplier = x1
3- Buff Level = Based on players buff level

Lv. 500-999
1- Buff Slot = 2
2- Attribute multiplier = x2
3- Buff Level = Based on players buff level

Lv. 1000-1999
1- Buff Slot = 4
2- Attribute multiplier = x2.5
3- Buff Level = Lv. 200

Lv. 2000-2999
1- Buff Slot = 6
2- Attribute multiplier = x3
3- Buff Level = Lv. 200

Lv. 3000-3999
1- Buff Slot = 8
2- Attribute multiplier = x3.5
3- Buff Level = Lv. 200

Lv. +4000
1- Buff Slot = 10
2- Attribute multiplier = x4
3- Buff Level = Lv. 200

#999823 Guild RP Revamp

Posted by Tartarus1 on 14 February 2020 - 10:43 in Game Content

Take down rp cost by 4 times and add stalker to last xp buff pack.

x4 cost  reduction is too much for their buff level so I lowered a bit.

Removed doubler and replaced it with stalker (we already have too many doubler pots available in game).

OK so what about RP buff pack ?

#999815 "abandon" a quest to start it over from beginning!

Posted by Tartarus1 on 13 February 2020 - 14:18 in General Discussion

No need for that.

Just make a support ticket with screenshot of the quest in the quest book and ask them for items you accidentally deleted.

#999813 Guild RP Revamp

Posted by Tartarus1 on 13 February 2020 - 08:30 in Game Content

Ok I removed the colors as it seemed unnecessary, added the scribe structure suggestion (I did however alter the cost a bit) and as for the free RP crystal idea, rather then just 5 RP pack I decided would be best for all levels to get it (inventing the gears is always very low so would be best this way).

#999809 Guild RP Revamp

Posted by Tartarus1 on 12 February 2020 - 22:32 in Game Content

OK then what would you suggest to greatly reduce the amount of process to make a 2-gears set ? Reduce number of hsape/color ? remove the lv 1-5 all together to cut down cost ?

#999794 Guild RP Revamp

I'm still unsure about the radiant crystal aspect.

Hmmm....I was pretty sure I summed up everything as clear as I can.

#999784 Guild RP Revamp

The buffs look nice, but I would eliminate any buffs that depend on points being put into an attribute other than damage (Rock Skin, for ex).  Any buff that boosts base stats for def, arm, HP and/or attack adds little value regardless of the buff's level.

The tiered system looks interesting.  I'd like to see how it develops based on feedback.

OK what about the "Radiant Crystal" suggestion ?

#999782 Guild RP Revamp

I edited the radiant crystal and added an example and some new info.

#999781 Guild RP Revamp

Posted by Tartarus1 on 09 February 2020 - 07:10 in Game Content

The crystal part left me hazy - poorly explained. I doubt anyones gonna buy like a 2000 RP buff pack(maybe only top 2 guilds during x2 exp), rather make it so that its rare but you could also craft buff packs from those crystals that you could activate for the whole guild.

RP Buff :

You're comparing the RP cost with the current RP gain rate. If you look at my 2nd post I said the cows would have to adjust the rewards for guild conflict to match up with my suggestion.

Radiant Crystal :

How is it poorly explained ? Tell me so I can adjust the explanation...

#999770 Helpful advice on Global Events (GE)

Posted by Tartarus1 on 08 February 2020 - 08:21 in General Discussion

There has to be more spots that are less then 10x10 in realms between 25~1000. This thread needs to be updated.

#999768 Guild RP Revamp

Posted by Tartarus1 on 07 February 2020 - 23:21 in Game Content

Well its more of an idea rather then following my suggestion i made. What I want from the cows is not to accept what I posted here but more rather the concept and mechanic of my idea.

#999765 Guild RP Revamp

Posted by Tartarus1 on 07 February 2020 - 14:50 in Game Content

I would argue the cost is not nearly high enough. Assuming you're talking about new best in slot gear and also assuming everyone agreed with the idea of adding new gear in this manner, I don't think 250 to 500 RP would be a stretch.

Are we talking about the RP buffs or the "Radiant Crystal" ?

#999754 Guild RP Revamp

Posted by Tartarus1 on 05 February 2020 - 21:22 in Game Content

And before anyone start saying about the cost is too much, why not let the cows increase the amount of RP gained from conflict the fix the issue.
