Ok so this guy, lets call him "SKethz" joined my guild and the next day he stole ALL of the GUILD's gold!!!! We had over four million gold in there and this a**hole ruined weeks of deposits! I have never been so mad!!! Is there any way to report him?

Sorry to hear this. You could send a ticket to HCS with your complaint mate.
I'm afraid he must have had the " bank withdraw " permission ticked to allow this though. Being able to withdraw Guild gold is not automatic and the privilege has to be given through way of permissions by the Guild Founder.

they won't do anything since the said player was 'within his rights' to take the gold because of his rank privileges.. the only thing to do is live and learn

he's lvl 150...
So... what you do is find someone within 5 levels of him; offer a few FSP's to 100 stam hit him.......
But, as others have said, you guys gave him the right to remove the gold. Oversight sucks sometimes but a paid merc can give you a feeling of accomplishment to some degree.

since this was bumped anyways..
this is from the Terms of Use...
All guild founders are given the tools to ensure that their guild members cannot steal from the guilds. If the guild founder chooses not to use those tools to limit players' access to removing gold or items from the guild and they are then stolen, the player taking the items has done nothing against the game rules. We strongly advise all guild owners to be very careful when accepting new members into their guild and when issuing access permissions.
