Today I've been flying across all servers and places on eldevin and seen lots of newbies with death's door debuff.

Newbies in general don't even know what's going on and they are dying a lot and getting debuff again, then quit frustrated because they can't kill single mob at same level. I think -80% attributes and -75% xp gain is too big.

 

I know many will protest that newbies should do resurrect quests as soon as possible, but most of them are just too confused lol.

Good point, if the fact they need to remove it is not highly visible it could well deter newer players.

Update: in starting tutoial on death door. Start when get spell from mage after do 2 weapon's Explain death door.

 

Give's you healing spell, dmg's you and heal your self.  Add Death door explained here.

 

Not alot infomration on death door or hwo to deal with it.

This is true, death's door should be explained in tutorial so the new players realise what it is and how to avoid it.

i think adding a small tutorial to kill you then force u to remove your deaths door to advance quest should give newbies the info they need regardding it, i myself support deaths door as it is a gold sink however small it may be.

it defiantly should not be removed, as said above maybe explained  in the tutorial. but it blows my mind that ppl playing a mmo arent aware of a death debuff. first thing you do after ur first death is figure out what happens when you die.
