Do you ever just get tired... I mean we love the game, thats why we invest time, effort, and money in it, but being a Guild Founder, it really just wears you out... Anyone get the same experience?
Hey Guild founders..

Of course it is more work being a guild leader, but you do what you have to in order to keep your guild going.

I find every bit I can do for the guild can have the potential to be a net gain. Every bit of effort can be noted as having at least some impact. It's the quality of people who enjoy having fun playing FS to be the key to making things enjoyable. I actually enjoy having more things I can do to help the guild get better.
Every time I log in and see we've made gains, I know we are better than we were the day before. I've come to truly enjoy FS even more as a Guild Founder than I was as a key member recruiting new fridns to join us.
I don't think I can forsee myself getting tired of having these responsibilities to my guild anytime soon, as I know we have good people who are always looking to do what they can as well.
Are you active? Enjoy playing FS for fun and striving for lofty goals? Looking to join a guild that invests in itself and seeks to improve and grow in all aspects of the game?
Secret Alliance can be your home in FS! We are looking for active, motivated and driven players who have a passion and genuine enjoyment of FS to join us as we continue to rise towards the TOP! If interested feel free to send me a PM.
SA is also looking for one or two guild mergers INTO SA. Feel free to ask for details.

From my perspective of never having been in a guild for 4 years, to becoming a de facto leader in 4 months, it's a bit like being in an elected office. If you take the term public servant seriously, you'll put a lot of work into the guild, and with luck you'll see some gains and change. If you are a crappy guild leader, you have the opportunity to rape and pillage the guild.(and its members)! From my standpoint you need leaders who will put ungodly amounts of time into the guild, millions, if not billions in gold, and FSP by the cartload. Eventually you'll pick up members who will be willing to put effort into the guild also. Along the way you'll find dozens of members who are only in the guild for the equipment and the buffs.(But they don't count in the long run.) Basically, it's a labor of love.

Yes, I get tired from time to time. Dealing with so many personalities in a guild can be draining. There is always more needed, or wanted. Your day is never done when you are a founder. That being said I love being a founder. I cannot imagine not having my guild and all its quirky but loveable people.
