You can't bounty, the system decide.
And that's the game now, HCS implemented the PVP Seasons thing, you'll receive attacks over and over again for now on.

Actions > PvP > Fight player. Go to bounty hunt tab where you can add gold to the targets bounty pot.

Nah this player attacked me several times, cant add the player on bounty. So will i be getting all the fsp i bought pvp protection with back as it isnt working

No one can place bounties anymore, only add gold on their bounties, so is more lickely to get posted by the system.
Also, Midopa did not attacked you by choice, she attacked you because the system pointed you to her...It's the PvP Seasons update, try it to see how it works.

This new system sucks. It's basically designed to make you send gold / fsp unless you want to be delevelled by PVPers

i enjoy this game, and i have made alot of friends here. BUT, if the game has paired me with someone and i take alot of exp from this leveler, i can see them not wanting to get to know me. during my rise in this new system, i try to pass on those i have already hit, but the gold is getting to much to keep passing them. I hope the system can be worked out, because to see many want to leave is very sad to the whole community! none of my hits have been personal. those used to be on the BB, which i now cannot extract punishment from any more ........

You mean you don't like being hit and not having a way to defend yourself? Why didn't someone think of that? Oh wait..... pvpers tried to tell you and Hcs. Been at work all morning but the hilarity is priceless.
