Sent a ticket but didn’t get an auto reply so guessing I won’t get a mail reply. Notifications are not working. Been like this in Theta2 for several days now. This includes incoming scout and attack notifications. Needs sorting ASAP. Please.

Hi Santa Claws,
We're aware that there was an issue with push notifications on iOS devices over the weekend. I believe it should be working correctly now, but please do let us know if it continues.
If you have a ticket in, we'll get back to you soon and compensate your account for any losses incurred due to this.

Hi. it’s still not working on ios. Only thing that works is the ufo detected.

No as everyone else I have spoken to here has the same problem. Guessing yours is ok. One guy posted in gc not worked for two weeks.

So they need to look in to this quickly then as clearly the iOS is still not working despite what Zue said.

I can confirm that neither incoming scout and attack is NOT working on ios. I just this moment tried a test.

It appears to be just iPhone not working. iPad is now working. Don’t understand why that should be.

Hey Santa Claws,
Could you please update us and let us know if this is still occurring today?
We aren't seeing any issues with push notifications on iPhone currently. Please ensure that everything is set to "On" in the Settings for anything you'd like to see notifications for (sorry for stating the obvious, but this is sometimes missed!).
