My question(s) concern the green bar that presently goes up in increments of 1 to a max of 50, that is located on the top, right of the SS2 pages.
What effect/impact does the (in my case) radiation have on game play?
As the game progresses, will the max value of 50 increase(I notice at least one buff affects the recovery rate of 'Skill Power')?

Thanks to tomthumb, it just allows the player to cast their 'character skills' (in my case Mutant)...for example if I want to cast my own 'recover' upon myself, I would have to have at least 10 'rads' available to do so. I think I realized this a few days ago, but big thanks to tom for the refresher

click on character then click on skills from there you click on your class and then select your skill that you have and then click on activate on self.

does anyone know the specs on skills?
I.E.: when points are added to a skill, what is the effect?
Does the skill change from ".1%" to ".2%" everytime one point is added or does it change at a certain increment? (at what increment).
