when a person is hunting, your make your strike an you kill the creature on the 1st strike!!! Why is it that you have won the battle on the 1st strike but you still take damage to your gear an you HAVE NOT BEEN HIT?????

Something else ive noticed is that the the more damaged your gear becomes the miss rate of your strike increases. Theres no vaiable connection to the ability to swing at your target with damaged gear. Damaged gear only serves as protection from damage not striking ability!!!!

Lets say you have a wooden hammer and you crack nuts for Christmas cookies with it, after some time your hammer will be affected by all the mechanical forces and even break, allthough the nuts never hit you back

Why are we still talking about this? In our real world, things wear down just from normal use. SS2, on the other hand, is a barren postapocalyptic radioactive sandstorm. DUH, your stuff is going to get damaged ALL THE TIME. Be happy that it doesn't wear down purely from standing around doing nothing.
