36 augmentation means a whooping 3.6 bonus to the attack of your hardwired items. Assuming you have an item with 40 attack, then this skill will add 1 or 2 (depends on rounding) Nothing to write home about.

And yes, many skills suck in their current format

Augmentation
5 / 100
Hardwire items gain an extra +0.1% per point Attack.
Surge: 10
Duration: 90 min(s)

Interface
0 / 100
+0.1% per point Damage from Hardwired items.
Surge: 15
Duration: 90 min(s)

Target Lock
0 / 100
+0.1% per point to Attack when using Hardwired items.
Surge: 30
Duration: 90 min(s)

IM going to put a little fallenswordese into this so if you dont play I apologize:

Im planning on going hardcore cyborg and not investing any skill points into core skills (since they can be bought fairly cheap already). Of course these are the stat boosters and the way I see it the first two is like splitting up EA and EW into stats but covering all hardwired items (Not bad TBH if you remember in FS EA and EW don't really help until level 140 ish)

And as I read it: Target Lock is like KE where it gives an overall bonus as long as you have a hardwired item on.

Of course if Im off base it would be great if someone explained it to me better.
