zone is not an option.
Second, to make a medal for clones, I don't think that is an option too. In the lvl
7 realm around 50% is still a clone, but the further you go the less clones you will
see around. So only way to get that clone medal to Crystal is to stay at a very low
lvl.
So in my opinion all you can do is live with the fact you kill a clone now and than,
even while it is very annoying. I haven't look in the lvl 16 area yet, but I think
the % clones should be less than the lvl 7 area. So the higher level you become,
the less clones you will see.
So I think it is not needed to do something about those clones, even while I "hate"
those players too (LOL).

OT: why do you want to keep the clone status? Is it because you can't choose?
then you rather suggest for a class reset or something.
I mean the point of choosing a class, is to be different. Statisticly, when you check for mmorpgs, you'll find waaaaaay more people playing on mmorpgs where a class choosing feature is. Why? Well as I said, you'll be different. It's just the nature of men

Since clones dont count towards any of the PvP medals, either have a medal made for them, or dont allow them to get into the PvP areas until they have chosen a class. Because I know a lot of players have complained about this before and it doesnt seem right.
We are not going to force players to choose a class before they want to, OR ban them from an entire aspect of the game just because other players can't use them to get a shiny medal. Clones deserve to have fun with PvP as everyone else. They don't have to contribute to your accomplishments. Other players are not there purely for your convenience.
Having a medal for clones doesn't make sense either, because there are very few of them around after the first PvP area. The main reason players put off choosing a class is because they want to get a feel for the game and check out the class-specific items before making a decision. By the time they hit lvl 16, they've usually made their choice.
Not every kill you make in PvP is going to help you get the medal you want. Sometimes you might even lose! Medals are meant to be special. We're not going to spoonfeed players so they can get them.

The reality is that after lvl 25 the % of clones drops through the floor, and the only reason there are still clones after lvl 25 (myself included) is because the game is still too fresh to know which class is the best. Give it a few weeks and there will be VERY FEW clones around the mid-high level people.
Also having a medal for killing clones would encourage people to stay at low levels and PVP against new inexperienced players just to get medals. Because there won't be any clones after that....

No one wants to be spoonfed anything, everything I accomplished in this game was time consuming and fun. So your comment was pointless and not helpful at all. I already know you might lose sometimes, thats the point of PvP, its not 100% win all the time. I never asked you to make it easy to get a medal did I? Dont think so. I only suggested something that some players also had on their mind and didnt want to post because they thought they would get criticised for their opinion. And, they were right. Seems like even a "game admin" doesnt know how to respectfully say yes or no, but needs to make themselves feel all mighty by trying to insult a player in the game that actually pays their bills. In the future I hope you have a better approach to the players of the game instead of shooting them down or insulting them. Have a good day. 8-)

I apologise if you feel I insulted you, as that wasn't my intention. There's no need for attitude. I did, however, give you a response to your original idea, which wasn't so much as suggestion as an instruction. Denying certain players a chance to be involved in PvP because they don't contribute to other players accomplishments isn't fair. You don't seem to have had any trouble in PvP because of clones, considering how many medals you've already gathered.

Exactly.

I am a game admin too! I drew all of the medals.. respectfully I say no
, you can't force a player to do choose a class in my oppinion and I think there are enough nice medals to keep everyone happy.
Thank you for your sincere reply. I appreciate it and will not bother with this subject anymore.

If class depictions are going to be placed on the world map (which is a good idea) this creates an ADVANTAGE to being a clone for the PvP ladder. Clones will not be attacked by those going for their medals yet will be able to go for their medals. If/when this is implemented then the idea brought up here does actually matter for fairness. I agree it really doesn't matter know as things stand.
I think that needs to be addressed at some point. It is not the case now. But, is it fair that a clone can get these medals and move up the PvP ladder once this is implemented? I would say no. Just something to keep in mind if devs are considering adding the class depiction on world map (which has been raised without any notable objections that I saw).

I would like to point out something for the devs to consider about clones.

If this is a good point, then the entire PvP ladder needs to be reset to zero at the same time. Most everyone on the ladder has recieved many of their points from killing clones. Including me.
I think my only point was, if class symbols are placed on a world map to help in PvP - a clone medal should be instituted merely to even up PvP. It doesn't matter who you attack to get your PvP, it matters who won't be attacked as much. Who has the better chance of not being killed - someone with a bounty on their head or someone without? Right now it doesn't matter because you can't tell what someone is in the time it takes to attack. That will change IF the class symbol is added to the world map. Attacks on clones will likely drop at this point and raise their ability to climb PvP ladder. It says nothing about what is already earned. It clearly makes clone PvP medals easier to earn for lower levels at the time the medal is introduced - but so be it.
I was putting this out there because I agree with the admin that said it doesn't matter now. But if that is done it will. Just as a "food for thought" piece to prevent an unfair situation.
