I think the title says it all. This is not FS,where by we get our pts EVERY level, this game we rely on the missions,so it is QUITE obvious that we need our missions EVERY level.
Yes i realize we sometimes get 10 pts a mission, the difference is that in this game we have our class trees that require a lot of pts just to be able to play it.
Example i am a PURIST.I need the ammo tree, luckily i have not seen the next level 25 tier ammo?Where is the mind stones? That would cost me a lot ,then you have the WEAPON skills just to be able to use it?Here again i am lucky i have yet to see the weapon upgrade tier[PSI BOLT]where are they?

If i had to put all my points into first the main class [Psionic Sensitivity] then upgrade the AMMO and WEAPON slots,i would have almost nothing left.So now i want just ONE skill for Purist, outside of just being able to use my Purist gear.Mental Strength,is the skill,a level 25 skill at that.I have to put 85 pts into the previous two, just to be able to activate a level 25 skill?lmao, cmon this is crazy. If i chose to not use Data Processor ,i could have the ONE skill, nothing more, and that is ONLY because i have not needed[or will i?]the AMMO and WEAPON upgrade tiers.

I do not know the answer here, because A is there going to be MINDSTONES that i have to upgrade to? and B is there going to be PSI BOLT weapons i have to upgrade to?BOTH of these are level 25 so,something is a miss here.If there is not going to be any upgrades of ammo and weapons then i could get ONE skill and possibly a DP of 50,still that is not saying much for doing every mission and i am at level 38 .well past the level 25 it calls for these abilities.

You have gotten your skill points at every level. If I'm counting right there are 185 skill points available through level 39. I guess this is 5 below pace but I'm sure it will be made up next level. So far if you have done all the missions you have been almost exactly on pace to get 5 per level. Sometimes the equivalent of a level ahead, sometimes a level behind.

I do think they put the skills at lower levels than makes sense to be able to get them at relative to how points are allocated. However, acting like you should be able to max out any skill you want because you have the level to use that skill is probably misinterpreting the skill tree.

I think we could be getting a few more skill points for our quest work.

Having to spend 35 points on a first level skill just to unlock a fifteenth level skill doesn't allow for anything but specialization in one particular skill tier or a very minor usage of the rest of your classes skills.

Also, the above doesn't include Core Skills either. Any Core skill is best used, or bought, maxed out, or its a total waste of energy to use them.

Also, stop by a friggin' shop or store once in a while. Amazing what they sell.
