They really need to have a link to submit a ticket on that page, because I had to hunt for the support site. I think I found it on an email they send in response to a previous ticket for FS. Hopefully they get it fixed soon, because I wanted to do a few things with my Faction before I went out of town.

personally i wish they would send you a personal email explaining exactly what you did to get yourself suspended..it would reduce in posts like this and we would know what happened so we can not do it again. i hope my guild doesnt kick me for being suspended as i am in a decent guild to my liking.

Do you use ohnoes firefox plugin barmuka? could that be the reason? or maybe the other firefox addin for SS2. Just wondering.

I do not use any plugins. the only plugin i have added to my computer in the past month is one from a points reward from FS. which did not pay anyway....

Good Luck With that, your better off discovering how to turn Lead into Gold.
Seriously, its going on 20 hours with no response to my ticket. I guess on the weekends they have just enough time to suspend people, but not enough to tell them why.

You were told you violated the user agreement. There is no need for them to be specific, unless you plan on testing all of the terms to see if you will be banned. So I doubt you will receive a response...
Read the whole document, and make sure you don't do any of those things again
I know, I've received a temp. ban myself, but I knew what I did...and I now have a much better understanding of the user agreement
