If you do not, it is easy for me to sell my "life time" buffs... then never buff anyone.. EVER!..
Anyone thinking the same as me on this? :?

you could buy lifetime buffs. Take a screenshot of the agreement.
Then down the road when they don't make good on the lifetime buffs, take a screenshot. Report them for scamming.
I think some lifetime buffers are genuine though..logic has nothing to do with being genuine.

*My three cents.*
Why three cents? Because I like to go one step beyond.*

While it would be nice that HCS could have game police or some judicial process they just don't have the resources. As far as I know selling lifetime buffs(or any buffs for that matter) is not against the Terms of Use Agreement, therefore it's "buyer" beware. If you get scammed or thieved it's just tough luck. Make someone pay up front. Lifetime buffs are stupid anyway imo...

please please don't whine to cows to make the game idiot proof. every time we put the burden of common sense on the cows the game gets worse
if someone is stupid enough to buy lifetime buffs and gets burned... well, they just got a lesson for $1-2US that could have cost them WAY WAY more in real life

Cool! Dog... So I can offer lifetime buffs for like 10-20 FC, then just ignore any player that asks?..

I'm not HCS mate. What my opinions are don't count. Check the Terms of Use Agreement. Ripping some one off isn't against the rules that I know.
We could use a ruling please lol

In turn would these lifetime buffers claim that they are being blackmailed. Considering they have no proof to show they buffed a player only the buffee has it mentioned in their personal log that PLAYER X buffed them...

however, a seperate forum that is not editable... that is in which people can only post threads and replies... but never edit those... say, in this forum here... that might be more reasonable... but still, ultimately not worth their time
*rubs his crystal balls*
i see the future. i see the cows leaving players to mind their own business as far as lifetime buffs go... and yet... the future is not set... i see... ah, it becomes clear... i see the cows posssibly banning it if there was a massive nuisance made of rip off scams.
here is what i would do if i wanted to have lifetime buffs... i would find someonein the top 250 that belongs to a reputable faction that is offering LB's.... someone like that is probably less likely to be in it for the short scam.... and more likely to make good somehow if they quit or decide being a buff thrall to 37 ppl was not *quite* as fun and clever as it sounded =P
heck, you could even find a faction that is willing to sell LB's on a faction buffing an individual basis for 100(one hundred)FC. in fact, i can pretty much guarantee you my faction will LB DP and possibly FI (and provided you e-sign a contract *i* write) on person for 100 (one hundred) flux.
getting lifetimes from one person has chump written in the contract... unless you agree on times and alternates and penalties or other ways of making up for the times that single person isn't able to buff you cuz they are asleep and you are playing... or else they aren't really all that unlimited lifetime, are they?

If you don't agree with lifetime buffs then simply don't buy them! I'm pretty sure that would put a stop to it.
Yup, if you make an agreement with another player then that is entirely up to you, we cannot be held responsible for private agreements between players.
So, If you don;'t trust the idea, then don't do it
