I might be wrong, as I only heard about it, but was the Elite tweaked down and his drop rate increased?
Before it would take 2 people at least to kill it, now one can solo it? So much for not changing stats once an item is released, i believe that that should apply to monsters too... it was finally a challenging monster, one for which you would not see a single player running the map and clearing them all in 2 minutes...
Hope that what i heard is wrong as this would be a major disappointment...

Both outcast and elite have been seriously nerfed... outcast went from 600-700 hp to 180 hp, while the elite, well, the only person 71 atm in guild can solo it every time (cyborg class) ... (before she needed 1 or 2 guildmates in party)

I can comment on the level 68 mob. It was reduced to a normal creep for it's level. It will still kill it's share of units. For the Elite, I'm not there. Everyone I know that is says it is soloable if you are lucky and easy in a group of 2 or 3. Of course our groups of 3 are fairly high level players with decent gear.

I need one member in a group to kill it, but i dont have top of the line equipment and fall just short of soloing it. Seems fine to me.
