The cyborg skill Overload states: "Each shot uses a full ammo clip, however Damage is increased by +0.3% per point." Does that mean total damage is increased, or just the weapon damage? I assume it means total damage, but would like to verify before putting any points in that direction...

You need at least 75 skill points allocated to Hydraulic Strength before you can add any skill points to Overload
:shock: That's a lot of skill points you need to waste in a completely worthless skill...Guess I won't be getting it any time soon anyway.

i feel the same way about nano blood and machine mind. u need 50 points in nano blood, a completely worthless skill since it only gives the chance to cut surge usage in half. to put any pts in machine mind, which would be useful since machine mind gives the chance to completely ignore armor on a hit.
