remember back at level 8 when we had to choose which item we wanted to make? I chose the Yash helm, but only after fretting about the decision for a while... it would be nice to see something like that happen more often in the game.

This would be nice. Add more diversity to each player and maybe give the items a bit more value. But not too often..maybe once each content or so.

Good idea. Though adding larger choices (such as two sets of content, or two level 145 monsters, etc) would slow down content, so it would have to be like the way Altare described it.

Morukan style of mission will be very cool. some walking but would be very nice 10lvl worth of content with great storyline. even xinderoth would be ok, but may be toned down a bit more. that first area is very big.

I think in the future where hopefully there are less people finishing content so quickly (like it is in the other game now) we could do this. Because HCS could spend more time on content because there would be less time to rush it in as there is less demand.

The reason I added the 'choose between three items' was beacuse I was afraid that all the players would pick the same items and their avatars all look the same. I needn't have worried. With the popularity of Core items players are actually quite diverse.

The problem is, there are some players who missed the shop and then carried that Premier Unit Star for many levels. Cluttering up players backpacks in this way is not my intention, so I didn't do it again. If I do want players to carry an item to another update, something genrally happens to that item in the next update. Players were carrying that Premier Unit Star for as much as 30 levels before sending in a ticket :|

But maybe I'm just being over cautious.

Maybe it could just be an occasional mission reward where you choose the item.... it could even be a base piece for a blueprint... It was really neat having items that not everyone could get.....

Is acidic's first suggestion even possible? I've never seen any mission/quest in here/FS that had two choices to click. It's usually just one button, with one choice. "He is slain", "I have it", "Yes", etc.

well in the level 8 one you got a component for building an item....

There have been no other missions like it nor have there been ones with reward choices (although that would be very cool - choose credits, experience or item).

yeah, its like how u had to make the wheel of flame for a mission, still have it after the mission is over and then carry it around until u find out why they had u keep it lol.

The flame wheel is used at the end content of level 140.
You combine it with the level 137 mission item and get a new bound quest item.
Presumably this is all going somewhere.......

I figured as much.... I just wanted to prevent the vagueness from making this go off topic, but I liked the surprise and didn't want to ruin it.
