energy use is 160 for one invention now
The alternative could be listed on the blueprint and is open to a lower sucess rate, but would allow anybody (not just faction) to create.
?oversight?, memory loss due to stress?

Not every player has or will have permission to use the store, but they can all buy the stim
Alternative suggestion
Allow personal AR for the squad leaders, desposited freely like FC
--includes splitting the store for guild items and personal ones(I only say this because I may be a psychic mutant)
My first suggestion was meant to have a decently low assembley, compared to the unknow of intensifier Mk3
others posting makes me thinks
The sphere is a faction based item, but one doesn't start in any faction. (require FC)

The new blueprints require artifact point, which require a faction, and then requires a 40 energy squad, so I'd suggest an alternative to creating the items with/without the sphere.

Then there would be little point to having a special store and blueprints for factions who have captured Artifacts, wouldn't there? It's not a bonus to the players who fought for artifacts if the reward is open to everybody.
I'm quite certain that with time anf more artifacts, you'll be able to buy the new stims in the Trade Hub as factions sell them off.

edit: Forgot to answer the OP.... Well, Phurie seems to have. Every time something is introduced in this game that requires teamwork and coordination to win, people try to figure out how it can be won without those things. Come on folks. It is almost impossible to defend a relic. So, it's not like you need to have 20 member squads in level 150 gear to get them. You probably need a few people who always join groups and a few willing to walk to the relics and spend some time clicking trying to win them.

An introduction message in the new shop would be nice
"Oh, I see you have shiny artifacts, would you like to see my special selection of blueprint."
--should be added to all stores for a bit of fun--
Its all fine and dandy that this exist because the personal buffs of the future.
The suggestion might've involved a little impatience, and I hope the future of this addition inludes the factions full benefit with very big guns, and weird looking shield thingies. (based on assumption and untold predictions)
