Hello everyone, I'm just wondering.. how do you play sigmastorm2? if you don't get what I'm trying to say and or you require examples then take a look at this picture and serve is as an example.. ;)

Posted Image

so if I describe it in words I would say.. I play SigmaStorm2 in 3 windows, One is for the game, the other is for the profile and the last one is for the mini-map.. and in addition I play the game with music. :)

You can either post it in screenshot, or just describe it in words if you're lazy or don't know how to take a screenshot then upload it in the internet.

I use different tabs rather than different windows.

With tabs for the world, backpack and class skills pages, the map up in a separate window...and sneakily, in between Eldevin art, so the boss doesn't notice *whistles innocently* Though I haven't been able to play it for the past few weeks because I've been off work.

(What? I mean, uh, I play it on my lunch breaks. Only on breaks. Honest.)

yep, i also use tabs and i usually have the class skills open in a tab as well..
i usually tap 1-8 on the keyboard really quickly to hunt.. :) but i heard from other people that they use the middle mouse button to open up a new tab for every creature they kill.. i find it difficult to close all the tabs afterwards so i dont do that.. :)

If your computer is not more than 4 year old (mine is a 5 year old laptop btw), you might want to get Firefox (http://code.google.com/p/fallenswordhelper/).
+ Your 3rd window (map) can be replaced by pressing 'n' for a better map (with gates, shops, repair centers, mission places, etc. highlighted)
+ Your 2nd window (profile, which I assume for you to use ammo) can be replace by shortcuts (ctrl+{, }, or | after you setup quick-use correctly)
+ Your 1st window (world/combat screen) will have much more info for the hunt, and ajax style kill so you don't have to open new tabs or press something fast like others :)
Turn off some features if you don't have very fast Internet connection btw.

I have Mozilla firefox, but for some reason I just like using Opera..

Edit:
And the reason why I also use different windows rather than tabs because Opera doesn't support the shortcut keys for the game

I play using firefox and the sigmastorm helper. One tab for hunting, one tab for my purist skills (to quickly heal or fill crystals) and one (or more) tabs into the wiki to look at the maps. I like using the wiki (aside from the fact that I'm an admin on it) because the maps are (generally) small enough to more easily fit in the window and have grid lines for clearer navigating.

I help my fellow faction-mates to defend an artifact in between runs and load up on stims in Taulin City before heading back out to hunt. Seems to be working pretty well.

I use 5 tabs and one separate window for almost every log in.

1-tab : Main, for walking, hunting.
2-tab : Class skill - Metal Strength
3-tab : Class skill - Mind Stone (or Mind Shard)
4-tab : Area maps - lv1~140 :http://img15.imageshack.us/img15/1733/sigmastormmap.png
- Level140~220 : http://ed-the-head.a...e.com/maps.html
5-tab : Wiki (for more detail and blueprints) : http://sigmastorm2.w...i/Sigma_Storm_2

Separate window : small map for your location

And... I use Firefox.

Just FYI for those who use Firefox and SS2 Helper: (and lucky I am a purist :D:D)
+ mental strength shortcut: "i", remove shortcut: "I" (capital i) (use when MS hp is 1), so my often combination is: shift+i (to remove) then "i" to MS again
+ to charge shard: "K", stone: "k", hence to charge 5 empty mind shards: "K" 5 times :)

safari/chrome is bit faster to reload for behemoth and elite hunt where you are racing against each other compared to firefox. (and hot key are not as needed)

For SigmaStorm, a Chrome window with the World, Skills, Data Sheet and map open in tabs.

For FS it's an IE window with the same stuff open as in SigmaStorm 2.
