Hi there Everyone!

We have just added the new Enhancement "Preemptive Strike" to all the Slaughterfest Reward items. This Enhancement will only be available on Slaughterfest Rewards. No where else!

Does preemptive strike only work for players or for entites as well? Does it only work in pvp or for defending artifacts?

Only against Players.

Does it only work in pvp or for defending artifacts?


It works for both.

nothing said about increasing enhancements. And to be honest, that would be unfair: leader defender 75% preemptive strike, second defender 75% x 0,2 = 15% preemptive strike, third defender the same = 100% preemptive strike -> no thanks

lol. Phyrexia has it right - coiuld be nasty. Although, I'm not sure 100% Preemptive Strike really means it activates 100% of the time. 100% Critical Hit is nowhere near 100% activation rate.... No enhancements stack in the artifact game to my knowledge and I would assume it would be true for this one as well. Allowing this to work for artifacts is probably the largest contributor to the use of these items (outside of SF participants). I'm not sure what it would do vs. creatures anyway - I have still never been attacked by one in all my time on Sigma. ;)

BG, if you want people to play all the side games (ALL of them) please keep giving rewards that aren't game-breaking but appeal to the other parts of the game. This is a decent start (though I'm still not a fan of the gear or mechanics but that's not here or there) but needs to evolve to other parts of the game (AR, Behemoth, etc).

The upgrade isn't bad, but since you're planning to add more stuff, why not do the same as in fallensword where you can get titan rewards for the amount of kills and eventually buy the item with behemoth rewards?
Would be nice for factions who can only score a few 100 kills each time.
Just a suggestion.

well i still think there boring but at least now they are useful and serve a purpose.........you,ll need to add in some other items beside helm-armor-leg armor.........you know i think itd be really cool if you just made full sets ....{you know 6 items a set}.......1 for each class every say 50 lv,s.........then you,d really want to collect the entire set.......and you could add in a bonus for having a full pvp set on........they should match the colour of the class also......like dark purple for purist....green for mutant.........etc........
