When progressing to a new level, I would like to see notification of what level I moved to, rather than "you have advance a level in skill X"
Yes, it would be nice to see what level you have reached. Just editing so it says "you have advance to level Y in skill X" will be enough.
Minor irritation, can we receive quicker notifiation that a mining deposit is depleted, rather than having to keep picking at it. maybe an animation change? Even with the notification, I'm not looking at the log window, and usually keep clicking until the deposit disappears.
It's just a minor irritation. I keep an eye on the log window often so for me it's not a big deal. But something like an animation change would certainly be helpful.
When forging, or weaving, etc... Am I missing where it shows how many items you can make, or do you just keep trying until it says you are out of resources?
That would be really nice. I just made 82 copper bars and 135 copper ignots and the only way I was able to tell how many I could make was by arranging them in my backpack and then manually count each resource. Having the maximum number of finished products mentioned would be nice.
Looking forward to music.
* Would it be possible for seperate volume controls for "Ambient/Nature Sounds" and SFX.
I enjoy having my SFX on but the nature sounds (crickets for example) drive me insane.
That would be really nice. I still haven't been able to find that cricket in the game so I can kill it and save all of Eldevin from slowly going insane... and I've looked everywhere!
* Perhaps larger stack sizes? A max stack of 10 will fill the inventory of a gatherer or whatever extremely fast.
Some items have stack sizes of 25 (for example Coal); others of 10 (Copper ore); others are probably different. Maybe the inventory is supposed to be filled up pretty quickly.
I believe (in the final game) we have the possibility to get increased backpack sizes, though I don't know how. Maybe through donating, maybe through quests, maybe through buying them from a merchant.
I need a bit more experience with the backpack sizes before I can give an educated opinion about it though.
* Don't know if this is intentional or not. But when switching belts, if you have food/potions etc.. equipped on your belt, you need to remove them, than switch belts than re-equip them. This already is becoming quite a nuicense(sp?).
That's annoying.
