Whoever came up with these and whoever programmed them deserves a cookie. These are genius.
(Now if they only collected their allotted items no matter which bag they were in...)

One suggestion, if possible: add an option to "split all" ("empty bucket/sack") to dump the whole lot into our inventory (and not back into a bucket or sack)?

Keep an eye on them. They disappear if you are using out of them. For example, I had one with 36 wood sap in it. Soon as the last one was used it disappeared. So you need to leave a few in them or take everything out. Did the same with a bag of tattered skins. But they are real handy on a foraging or prospecting run.

Another potential suggestion: Offer a third tier of this item, the "crate" for 150 that can store 20 stacks.

. See I told you those 'item containers' were great, so I'll take two cookies ![]()
They should not delete the bucket when emptied, they should turn into an empty bucket that you can then fill with something different in the future. If it gets deleted when emptied then this is a bug. What did you do to get it to delete, was in on a work-bench or shop or something else?
I think we had an empty container option at some point, these got removed for a bit, so they may be missing a few features like this which are easily fixed.
Also, we will no doubt offer bigger containers in the future at a higher cost, and you can transfer the stacks between the different containers with drag and drop also ![]()

I love the sacks. Unfortunately I had 3 disappear/destroyed when they became empty while I was crafting. I think the bug is somewhere in the auto-emptying of the sack during crafting. Once you use the last item in the sack, it gets destroyed. Oh well, this is why we have beta testing.
So now I make sure to empty crafting mats from the sack before I use them. Hope this gets fixed. I have very little cash shop points left to by many more sacks if they disappear again. ![]()

I was making Pynwood Timber out of the hundreds and hundreds of Pynwood Logs (of which, not a single one was Twisted...completely unbalanced) when I lost at least 1 sack. Auto-crafting, that is. (No need to replace it, of course; it's beta. I know none of this stuff is permanent.)

I actually reported this (at least for the Baskets) twelve days ago.
They promised to fix it in a later patch, but I guess they haven't gotten around to it yet.

I -LOVE- the concept of Bucket and Sack, but find their current implementation lacking.
Haven't messed with buckets since before the wipe, but they used to annoy me due to the recipe:
1 bucket + 3 manure = 10 compost (2 uses before empty)
Recipe won't use a partially filled bucket and increase the count up to 50 compost. Tried using 2 buckets, but they got auto-combined into 1 bucket of 20 compost ><

We're talking about the storage devices, not materials in recipes. These buckets weren't in the previous phase of beta.

Ahem... you're taking full credit for MY idea? You just implemented the system based on my idea, and then I fleshed it out recently. I'll take one of those cookies thank you very much! ![]()

I confirmed the deletio of them, if you are putting Copper ore + Coal and doing Copper bar, when the ast item is pulled, the item disappear definitively...
Should it be possible to refill them instead of just loosing eledevin point and not able to do anymore testing
