Hi, I have only been playing this game for a few hours and am finding that I am being auto logged out on a constant basis.  Each time this happens, I have to wait 5+ minutes while Eldevin reconfigures itself, and I do think that this will put many people off playing this game.  The excessive configuration times are bothersome in the first place without having to log in again and again whilst actively playing.  It could be that my internet is not the fastest, having just a single core processor, so I am wondering if this is a problem because of slow internet, or is this something that everyone is experiencing? And can anything be done so that being auto logged out while being active does not happen?

Hmm this is probably an issue with your internet/computer. I haven't heard any one else having this problem. I run Eldevin and a lot of other memory/ram consuming software of a basic office laptop and a mediocre internet provider. I run Eldevin perfectly and smoothly.

Again I'm not certain if this is an issue but:

Are you running of wireless connection?

Does your framerate drop atall and do you experience any lag, or just 'disconnects'?

It disconnects whenever I click another open tab on my browser (FF), or at random times while I am playing.  My internet connection is still intact, as my other tabs perform normally.  After my last disconnection at the start of my opening this topic, I have been unable to successfully load Eldevin at all.  My screen goes through the process of initiating the game, but at the end, I get a login button in front of the Eldevin background, meaning I have to go through the long process all over again.  I have tried unsuccessfully 3 times since this post was created.  I am thinking that maybe this game is not suitable for slow computers/slow internet and is dependent on more up to date PC's.

My internet is through a wireless dongle (3 mobile), am running windows 7 and have intel single core processor.  My firefox and Java are the latest versions.

From my experience Eldevin doesn't run well with a full browser.

By this I mean if you run Eldevin make sure to have other websites closed, such as YouTube. I think I know what you're on about I've experienced a few disconnects from having other web pages open.

Of course these things also depend on your computer, it's not the game.

If you have only Eldevin open and still experience disconnects, try using chrome. https://www.google.c...owser/?hl=en-GB

ok, thanks for your help Neon  :)

As I depend on having other things open on my browser, such as my email, it looks as though this game will be unplayable for me, though I will try having just Eldevin open in Chrome, and my other things that I depend on having open all the time in my main browser to see if this solves the playability problem first.  :)

It's not all the time, I can normally play with YouTube and the forums open perfectly fine.

Something you may want to note is they are still testing servers and lag etc, I'm not 100% sure what they're doing but the playability should be perfectly smooth in a few months at the latest.
