i personally love that option, so in case a guild goes to war! the enemy will suffer! even if they lock exp :twisted:

the only way i agree with this change is the bounty system thats it i protect my xp but i dont attack people, i protect it becuase the equipment is so lame at my level and the creaturs are much tougher (Obviously) that i was losing 1 in 5 battles and 1000+ xp each time.
If you don't attack people, the bounty system change would not affect you then

Currently there is no way to retaliate against certian people, and its not "fun" at all.
Exactly - this is the intention of this change - I prefer the last option as I think it solves the problem while not excluding players from using it by making it more expensive.

dont listen to me i dont even use lock xp anyways just a suggestion..
but if not then limited time and protects from bounty maybe 24 hours
or have an option for person to break the xp lock with fsp ?

who is going to risk pvp anymore after this and risk a whole guild of people taking on the bounty and smashing you back to lvl 1 ?
pointless if you ask me you just made PVP and bounty system useless

reduce it to 20
- reset skill points : 100 fsp
reduce it to 10
-+1 bank deposit:50fsp
reduce it to 30

To avoid people putting xp protect when they get bounty on their head, you could make xp protect to activate after 12 hours from bought. This way guy who had bounty in his head, propably gets beaten and loses xp even he buys protect xp.
Another way would be to put protect xp so, that it would protect from monsters, but from playeers it would only protects say, 95 percent xp only. Meaning guy could still lose that 1- 3 levels, but no more.
And if that would last for say that 72 hours, then after that if he boughts new xp protect woudl again protect only that 95 percent from that current xp, so this way in guild wars it would be possible to beat someone real badly if truly wanted by keeping hitting him and getting that 5 percent out every 3 days.
But anyway, guys who get bountied shouldnt get complete protection, since thats the point of bounty to punish him.
And as example there was one day this guy who put 25 FSP bounty on other guy, and he told exact time on shout box. So if there is any kind of xp protection, its unfair to guys who spent whole loads of FSP on getting someone beaten real badly.
Of course it could be that by spending some FSPs while poutting that bounty you could make xp protected fellas lose even more than just that 5 percent. in case you truly want to punish someone same way that guy i mentioend earlier did.

no it will become useless if they make this change cuz letting people attack every 5 mins for 100 stamina and have as many people as you can attacking this one person without having xp protect means no one is going to risk doing pvp incase they get put on the bounty board

if they implement this change when you pvp someone you will run the risk of 20 or so people all hitting you for potentially 100stamina AND you will lose xp .......
so my friend you gonna pvp those people at all anymore ??? i sure aint gonna not if it means that someone can put me up for say 20fsp bounty so that about 40 people all take the bounty on AND i will lose xp in the process ????? no thanks

Did you read my first post??? I will repeat it.... what is the problem with the way the bounty system is now? And if you are so worried about being bountied.... DON'T ATTACK PEOPLE!

i havent said there is a problem with the bounty system i said when they make these changes to the protect XP the bounty will become obsolete cuz no one will want to risk getting bountied for PVP cuz they are gonna lose so much xp especially from the people that can afford to put high fsp rewards on you ergo no more pvp

we are getting off topic with the gold use and reduce everythings FSp cost.. the question right now is how to alter protect xp so that its not abused an so it still has a use.... perhaps have it so it slowely wears off as in protects 100% of when set for first day then come 24:00 drops to 95% of that amount then either to 90% of it or to make programing easier 95% of what it was the previous day....that way its only good for so long.....
Interesting idea LordAtog. One thing is for sure though. XP lock shouldnt be permanent as it is now.
say all the high level players i didnt see anyone complain about it when they first introduced it into the game oh FFS i quit no more FSP donations from me i quit thats it i had enough of it all

how r we going to do it with out points u can make it were u can use gold too or give some xp not to lose somebut what about those that don't have points to use

I love this game i thank it is fun,But i do thank that there are a few thangs that needs to be changed like in the free fsp Some of them you do you dont git your points for..ive dun a lot of them and have not gotten my fsp.I am owed at least 500 fsp and some of them calst me money but all well..
