I'm in a guild that good but it appears that the founder is hit and miss at times and since i pull the weight of the guild I get alot of messages pertaining to upgrading the guild.
So I need an official opionion.. Should I make my own guild? I joined a guild before I saw the specifications about making one.
What does it take to make my own guild? I have 6 followers myself who will go with me. I know all donated stuff will get lost but can anyone explain the pros and cons of possibly jumping ship to a newly made guild that I would make.
Guild switch..

Well, if you want full control over the guild without having to rely on someone else, then making your own guild is definitely the choice.
But here's the catch...in order for your guild to grow at all, you will need fsp...lots of fsp...20fsp per person above the 8 original members...50fsp for each store slot...75fsp for each structure...that's just the basics...
If you can't come up with that kind of fsp, then your guild will stagnate.
However, a bonus is you get to name it, you get to choose the ranks, you get to choose the avatars, you get to choose which ppl you want in, and which you need kicked, etc.
It's tough, but rewarding, if done correctly.
Last I looked, there were over 30,000 guilds made...so the odds are against you from the start.
But with the right crew, a good amount of fsp, and a great investment in time and patience, you can beat the odds.

Thank you for the advice .. I decided to make my own guild: I wish my old founder all the luck in the world but I brought on a pretty dedicated crew, and they need a dedicated leader.
I will probably personally get this one kickstarted and then toss up some decent structures then request 15-20 fsp's to join. Is this a viable tactic?

Once you hit 8/8 members, asking 20fsp of a requesting member is just breaking even...if you have five of your own to put in...definitely a bonus for the new member. Balancing out upgrades to new members is not too hard, if you listen to how your mates all feel about it. Sometimes it's better to get that one structure than another newbie, sometimes another member can boost morale and definitely xp.I will probably personally get this one kickstarted and then toss up some decent structures then request 15-20 fsp's to join.
