FSP's verrification

I recently purchased 250 FSP's and I had a problem verifying my phone number. I contacted the support staff on the official Hunted Cow website and I also supplied a utility bill.

Can anyone tell me how long this will take as I can not access my ac until this is done.

Any help appreciated, as I am about to use 100 FSP's in a trade, but cant until I can log back in. I have been waiting 6 hours since I supplied the utility bill.

Did you submit your enquiry using this link? - http://support.huntedcow.com/
If you did, contact them again requesting an update.

If you used any other contact method, it is not the correct way to get your problem processed.

Well they have replied quite quickly to me. usually in a days time.

But you could also try click on that "Live Support" if they are online.
