As soon as the player joins and finishes the registration process the FSP is sent to the person who recruited them.
I propose that the new player must reach a specific level before the FSP is credited...That way a player can't just use a bunch of e-mails and register to gain FSP. It will also give incentive to the recruiter to help the "new player" get started if they really want the FSP.
I think this will help create a better environment for everyone. Cheaters will be discouraged to create loads of accounts for the FSP, and you will have more long term players because someone helped them start out.
What do you think?

lmao @ that ideadumb idea. i for one like my recruiting medal, but one good idea would be that if one of your recruits gains 15 levels you get 2 extra fsp, and from that point, every ten levels they gain you get 2 fsp.
in this thread the idea you posted was the dumb one

true but it may make the player an active one instead of someone that just joined JUST because a friend needed points and than never plays the gameas far as i know they only get paid if the other player signs up using a different connection with a different ip address. so i dont see why it matters but i could be wrong.

My friend have acc on 10+lv without any playing;P
How long did that take?
And that is why I put all the way to lvl 20...

yeah sooner or later the hourly points would at up but that would make the recruiter have to wait instead of quickly being rewarded for handing over another inactiveMy friend have acc on 10+lv without any playing;P

i voted no just because i play a number of games and i recruit there. they sign up they play for a bit and to figure out if they like it or not.. i for one dont want to recruit someone and give them alot of stuff to see them leave at level 4 and not get anything for it... yes its selfish i know but since iv been getting fsp for my recruits recruiting people i think that they are still playing... and i dont know them all so i dont see a point in helping someone i dont know. keep it the same its working.
It's working by getting lots of Registered Players, not active ones. And we all know how expensive LvL <5 gear is...
And For anyone who has come through my recruitment link, I send them a link to the Tutorial page...You don't have to give them gold or anything, not like gold is worth a whole lot anyway!

just if you recruit active players you get your reward faster than recruiting inactive players

My friend don't need play in this game, i was recruited by many ppls only for create acc, and go away. Stupid idea, you force ppl to playing here.
Not really forcing anybody to play anything, just encouraging the recruitment of people who would actually play the game. Why should HCS continue rewarding people for bringing inactive players? Inactive players don't bring HCS money, active players do.

If a new player had to reach a certain level to get the recruiter it would discourage players from abusing this feature, or at least make it more of a pain for them to succeed without getting caught.

the beggining of the game is so difficult it'd take months so a newb to get to lvl 20 ¬¬ ... even lvl 5 its hard because the native kills everione !!!
is it my fault that most people get pissed off when a native kills them ??
so i make a guy register and i get nothing ? if this system had been up long ago this game wouldnt have 1,000,000 registered players ¬¬ ...

its not multi accounts!!!!...its not my friends comps cuz all of them play the game...sooo...if i try really hard to lure them into playing...plus explain them how it works...and if they play very hard end spend their time playing i'll get fsp...and they have to do the same thing to their friends so they can have 5fsp in abouth how long?...2-3 months?...at least you coluld add an option "buy 1fsp for 25 000" if i can sell it at that price...or 50 000...not to mention i live in a crappy country which has no options what so ever not to mention on line surveys lol...i dont own a freaking visa card so i can donate 5$ or something...well...hope they'll like it and that are bored as i am :/
