It would be best to attack creatures that are either, the same lvl as you, or higher. For the first few levels or so, it might be hard to one hit, but after a while, you'll be one-hitting for a long time.

it may just be a matter of bad grammar. you want to kill the highest creature you can with the least amount of stamina.

try to get a fully forged blade of falgar i got one at around lvl 6-7 was doing mainly one hit kills with it till somewheres around lvl 30
