Correct.
A buyers market here is pretty much saying "I'm only buying for this price." The only people who would ever get sold FSP are the ones who pay the regular prices. Since people say they haven't been buying, or are going to boycott Marketplace FSP and continue to fail to stand by their word and/or drop the price of FSP in doing so, the sellers can simply say "Not selling at that price," put up their own for the normal price, and eventually someone would buy it.

Suggested plenty before. Whether it would actually have any effect on prices is debatable, I personally doubt it but still could be an interesting addition.
hmmm the way lifting the max min bid cap didn't make a diff?

Hmmm, might do something. Most likely send sellers back to the shoutbox, unless buyers were offering reasonable prices.
