How about new items that cost gold? I don't mean armors and weapons, but temporary enhancement items...

Potions that increase your thievery attributes, something that enhances your protect gold, or ones that increase stats such as damage or HP for even very short periods of time (like a half hour or so). These could be purchased in guild shops or even shops in the realms. Anyone who has played diablo knows of the belts they can wear and one of those could be implemented with where they can start out only being able to carry a certain number of items at a time and can be increased with FSP's.

These items could also have a level limit as well like weapons and armor do.

These items could be fairly expensive so as to not be abused like crazy but not too expensive to not be worth the time to use. I think this might be a great way to enhance the game a little while having a gold sink to level out the FSP costs in the market place.

this was brought up awhile ago (by Chilon I think but dont hold me to that) and alot of people liked the idea of bringing potions or something to that effect into the game as a gold sink.

Im all for this idea.

I dont know that it will help fsp prices in the MP though.

Well if the items are useful enough and very desirable to the game then more people will spend more gold, which means less gold circulation which ultimately means tamed prices. It might not drop the prices but it might stabilize them a bit
