In game --> left hand menu --> Actions --> Crafting

Certain items you find or purchase from shops are craftable. Craftable items have additional attribute stats which are added as a bonus in addition to the normal stats and any hell forged stats. When you obtain an item which is craftable, these bonus stats are rolled randomly, so it may be great or poor.

Any craftable items is graded automatically as one of the following: Perfect, Excellent, Very Good, Average, Poor, Very Poor. Perfect meaning the bonus stats are maxed out on the item.

The crafting section below essentially allows you to re-roll your craftable items bonus stats. The more experienced crafter you use, the higher chance of better bonus stats you have of getting. For example if you use an 'Apprentice Crafter', the stats are rolled randomly between the pre-defined ranged for the item, where as if you use a 'Master Crafter' you have a small chance of obtaining a 'Perfect' item.

That's how long I've been waiting for this game.

Ok..

Lets use even easier words.

Some items are "craftable", some are not (it sais in the "stats popup" for the item if they are or not).

The leveles of craft are already explained by hasslehoof, perfect, exelent, very good, good, average, poor, very poor. And there are also an "Uncrafted" state that fits around average somewhere.

This means, if you get a craftable item and use a cheap craft, you can actually make it WORSE!!

The most recomended is to use the most expencive type of craft (that cost 5 fsp) that either gives you excelent or perfect craft.

As said, to really max out an items stats you must hell forge it 5 times, and get a perfect craft. However, the difference in stats from excelent to perfect are not that great. Perhaps only 1 or 2 stats.

I do not know if it alters the enchantments, but I dont think they do (could someone clear this out?).

The crafting part are... more expencive acording to stat gain then the hell forge, but it looks really good : P

I'm not sure if they change enhancements, but I think they do because my enhancements did increase whne I crafted soem of my items.

It might have been because of Hell forge though :? :P

And yeah when you crafte or hell forge the items, it looks good. :P

Crafting does not affect the enhancements of items. To increase the enhancements you would need to hell forge an item.
