How much percentage of your exp gained from monster kills goes to my guild? And how much percentage of your exp GAIN per hour goes into my guild.

check it for yourself...

look at your current number of xp given to guild, that would be [GXP 1]

kill a monster for XP, check your guild XP again [GXP 2]and calculate the difference
[GXP 1] - [GXP 2] = xp given to guild from the monster

you can then do a [xp difference given to guild] / [xp gain from the monster] x 100 = %

should be around 20-22 %

Someone asked before, but it isn't taken away from what you earn by killing creatures.

I think it is 20%, but the 20% is the amount that is calculated from the creatures and added towards the guild.

In other words you don't gain or lose any XP, just 20%of current xp gain is calculated and then it kind of adds it on and puts it towards the guild's contributed XP.
