Just Some idea's
Structure/(Moralic Shrine): increases total group status by 3% per lvl MAX lvl5 lvl5=10K/Hour.
lvl 350+skills
Buff/(Heroïc) increases total stats by 0,025% per skill- lvl350+
Buff/ (Scare) Lowers the enemy attack/damage by 0,05% per skill- lvl350+
Sort or Buff Store where The FS team puts skills lvl150 you can hire.
Items wich you can hire--2gold per 1 stat, per minute.
Maybe some of the player Upgrades a bit cheaper :-)

Moralic Shrine isn't too bad. However, this can be achieved already by buffing all members in the group.
Tactics isn't useful because there's no point in decreasing enhancements, except for reinforced armor, dodge, nullify, etc. Just increase your ATK if you want more attacks to go through.
Heroic Buff is not a bad idea. However, 6% @100 means that for every 100 damage points, you add 6. Will this be applied after or before other buffs? Think about the high level players and the damage they have. They sit at around 5000 damage (right?) and that will meaan they will have an extra 300 damage added to them, and this is only at Level 100. With Fury Caster, the soon-to-be 400s will be able to cast this at Level 165. This will give them almost 10% more damage.
Scare Buff, I'd presume, will be very useful against some Super Elites, as well as PvP'ers. Against the first one, good, but since this will decrease players stats, less PvP will be done, and the gold sink will dry up.
Immortality is BAD. It will nullify the use of Deep Pockets and Defiance, as well as Last Ditch and perhaps even Deflect.
