you screwed up I think, level 5 should be 270 and 6 should be an even 300. Thats why I did 6 levels at 30 additional gold per level to make it an even #

I'd say double/triple the cost. Fifty thousand extra, with such mammoth banks, is peanuts.

50k per hour on just the upkeep
WOW ever all if you have ever building out there
ti would cost around 100k per hour if not more lol

I said yes, but I think it does need some tweaking as well. *ponders* Maybe instead of adding % / kill, how about shifting it to work off the xp gain feature? Get that up to 50 currently as is, and then add maybe another 5 - 10 levels to that through the guild structure?
Nah, not exp gain per hour its exp gain from creatures.
