Okay, I'm getting sick and tired of this, it happens to me not more than 5-6 times a day, but each leads to some comotion. >EDIT ON< Both the buffer and seller gets into an uncomfortable situation as the buffer proves not to remember the outcome, and the buyer proves to be "guilty" of having pending requests to multiple buffers. >EDIT OFF<

I know the answer could be: "pay more attention dude, lollzah!", but that's nearly impossible when you get 5-10 buff requests each minute for nearly half an hour running, and try to meet all customer's demand along with a small cheering-on.

So here's the deal/issue:

Skill Animal Magnetism level 150 was activated on 'abcxyz'.

The skill Animal Magnetism of current or higher level is currently active on 'abcxyz'.

...I know there's a difference to be seen if they're placed besides each other, but apart and separately, there's little differenciation between them on the screen. And when you are trying to shut off the buff screen as fast as you can, you often won't read the result-especially since you are nearly certain that a request for buffs - without any further notice of "please, call it off!" - can be met.

What I suggest: color differentiation. In such manner:

Skill Animal Magnetism level 150 was activated on 'abcxyz'.

The skill Animal Magnetism of current or higher level is currently active on 'abcxyz'.

A success would be coded in green, while a fail would be in red. Small adjustment, but seeing a green or red text will already give you all the info you need, without having to analize the outcome of your attempt.

Please HCS...and please Folks...could we get some feedback on this idea?:)

Great Idea

Also it may be a good idea for people who cast buffs on others to have it appear either their incoming or outgoing log as to what happened with the buff. Currently its only the person who the buff was given to that gets a message it was activated on them. Should not the sender of the buff also have a message saying this too?

You speak my thought, Monty. The only one reason I thought this perhaps wouldn't be a good idea is actually a personnal, selfish reason, so this can be disregarded wholly lol.:D With over 15 pages of log each day, I'm going nuts just trying to keep track of who payed and who didn't lol.:D But in the outbox, it might look good, actually.;)

Read my mind. This is exactly what sometimes happens to me when I am buffing. I sometimes forget to read what the outcome was and get upset at myself when they tell me I wasn't the one that buffed them. This would be a great change.

I'll also suggest(if it hasn't been already) something in preferences(which you could turn on and off if some would find it annoying) that when you activate a skill on someone that they already have, such as 145 Doubler on top of a 100 Doubler, That it returns you a confirmation box such as

" already has on them.
Are you sure you wish to cast this skill?
[Yes / No]"

I'm sure some salesmen/women who get asked for buffs by people who ask 80 sellers at once have casted on top of someone else and not gotten payment.

^^^^^^^^^
That I would agree.

--Many in the past of talked about the problem of 'Over-buffing' people.

--That could possibly solve the problem, I don't not particularily mind if I am buffing for free, though if I ask for payment and I over buff, and they don't pay, then that isn't something I like happening.

--Since it is set on preference choice, then all the better.

It's a good idea.
