I have never done this before, so I don't know if I am doing this right (I'm still a noob). But I have a couple of suggestions that would make my life easier in this game, I don't know about anyone else's life. One would be a gold sink for the individuals, the other a guild investment.

First: I was thinking about personalized tags for items. I donate a lot of equipment to my guild for usage, then it gets lost in the shuffle. At times, the items have been unlocked when no longer useful in our guild, and sold for guild profit. I really don't mind to much, except when I have donated say 4 LE sets, and I only want 1 set back, we don't know which set belongs to me, and which sets belong to someone else in the guild. In addition, often times sets get sent to the wrong back pack, and needs to be sorted out before they can be returned. Personalized tags, would minimize the loss to the player.

Second: I have a suggestion on the Guild Store Report. I don't want to be presumptive here, and you may already be working on a similar aspect, but our guild has a mate who tracks our guild locked equipment, and I am going to presume most other large guilds have one also. My suggestion is, is there a way to easily parse out an Item's name and level via the Report page? Doesnt have to be fancy, simply a tab or link that i can click where it lists every guild tagged items name, the level it is and then highlighted means its being used, bold means its in the guild store and normal means its not being used, and another column for which mate has the item. I don't know if this is possible without great labor involved, and I will understand, if it is not possible at all. :D

What are your thoughts?

I like bother of your idea's but mainly the second.

I was (and still am) disappointed about the 'Look and Workings' of the Guild Report page. I mean, why have everything all over to one side? What a waste of space! And at level ONE you can see the same thing as the upgrade at level TWO, wtf. Just give me ONE and THREE please, lol

SO, ANY work on the Guild Report would be nice. Personal Tagging, a 2 or 3 collum page, Tags even!, HELL YEAH!!

...these are just MY opinions

I move you also add a No option to your one-sided poll to have an air of accuracy and fairness to people who might not agree with your ideas.

Would love personal tagging. So you could recall items back to your bp that is lent out to others if need be.

If I read it correctly for the second one, you want to find items in the report?
This can easily be done just open up the find in page bar (for FF users this is just Ctrl + F, not sure about IE) and type in the name of the item. But it couldn't hurt for something to be built in.

Yes.

I hate feeling reluctant to lend items to the guild because even though they are tagged they might forget it was me who leant them. :(

The report could be better.

Had a long day, and I'm about as much at my senses as a dead fish, so I'll only say two words: Likey Bothy.

5/10 This would not hurt anyone, but we already have tag system, and if the item is donated to the guild it means is guild property, well is the way its handled in most guilds. But if gets implemented good for the game, could be useful for some guilds.

Yes please 100% needed.

We can "lend" items to our guild which we can get back when we want to sell them or use them - as long as we don't just recall them leaving someone vulnerable. But I appreciate most guilds only tag items which no longer belong to anyone but the guild. We also mostly do this, but more items are available the other way as there are times with say, a decay rune worth 100+ fsp that you would like to let others use but you just can't bring yourself to donate it. :(

So this way there's more for everyone in the guild with no risk. And it frees up your own BP space!!!! :D

what i would like is
having an option to put your sn on the item for things you lend to your guild

so it would be "Guild locked Sacred Warriors STRIDERLGN"
