creating your own guild

I think, it is a new restriction. Before that you could create a guilde before reaching level 20. Nevertheless, I recommend not to create a new guild but to join an existing one. You get help, advice, friends, buffs and a lot more there.

TiFe is correct - it used to be that you could make a guild at any level - several months ago this was changed to cut down on the number of 'throw away' guilds that were created by people. In some cases people 'sell' their guilds when they find out that they aren't up to the challange of running one, or find that it is too expensive to run one - At those times, a lower level player might 'buy' the guild - but it is generally more of the same issue.

Ultimately the idea was to ensure that people did not create a guild before having a bit of knowledge about the game.
