Forget everything else, if this feature simply worked properly, as it was intended to work...I think we'd all be happy.
Refresh the list with new random names of players in our +/- 5 VL attack range. That's it. Please.
That'll do cows

But it seems to me adding a search option to that page would solve the problem for everyone, preferably with more than 5 players on it (if within range).
That said, as suggested in other threads, removing the cap off +5 levels higher at the same time would also bring back some more excitement to PvP, (although it would make me think twice about keeping as much money on me as I do now, with no threat of PvP from anywhere)

Maybe have the option to scan the top 10 players with the most gold in hand / PvP rating in your level range (+- 5 levels)

I believe it should update at least every day, maybe every 4-6 hours. Sortable lists? No. However, like level and online players should be able to be scanned a bit more easily somehow. But, I'd not want this to be a pure customized gold "customer" list either. Make these function reasonably while preserving the "work to find gold at hand" and I'm all for it.

Either it should be removed completely from the game - or much better...
It should be fixed.
Make it searchable as the AH - Then it would be the end of all those wearing 2m gold in their hands - and PvP would be a major factor of the game - not just leveling, leveling, leveling.
An alternative could be to actually show players in a position near you. When you walk around in the worlds you could see all people (both them resting and recently online) - This would give the bounty hunting a new perspective, as you actually need to find the player before you can hit him:)
Just my point of view. But as it is now its worthless.

I'm going to agree partway. I think the list should update more than once per level. But it should not be a customized gold stealing tool either. Finding targets should require some work.

I agree on your part on mentioning that Finding targets shouldn't be so easy, that it's on a list for you and you can pick and choose, however of course like you said, actually have an actual varied selection wouldn't and shouldn't be too much to ask.
I was shown this thread a while ago, I kinda stopped using the forums very much, too much time gone into exams. Though I still enjoy it on here of course, but i've been shown this thread again, which is of interest and needing to be fixed- in my opinion is stretching patience.
I don't PvP, and i'm semi-retired a little, but i'd like my Guild members to have a wider range when it comes to PvP. Anyhow, it's been a while since I last looked at this thread, although probably someone is already working on this. If yes then great, if no then. Oh what a shame.
