It doesn't have to be an hour - it could be every 30 mins or whatever - its just the general idea of it

I think it's a bad idea to be honest
If the buffs are really worth it, will people be waiting for hours and hours to MAYBE get them? I think it'd be better to have an hourly super buff POTION lottery, just don't make them overpowered...
Edit: The potions would be bound, of course.
What Mistle said.. I like the idea but I think the wait will put a lot of people off participating in the Super buff scheme as currently proposed.. Pets with an hourly upkeep (lvl 25, lvl 75, etc) would also be an excellent gold sink. *to the tune of Monty Python's Spam Song* PETS, PETS, PETS, PETS, LOVELY PETS, WONDERFUL PETS!

With my "yes" vote, I would like the super buff to include EVERY single skill in the game for that period of time. And I think the buff should last for 2 hours or more. :-) And I would like to see a limit to the amount of gold/tickets one can purchase. Maybe 100 or 1000; otherwise, the fairness is lost.
I disagree with the comment about fairness. If you spend 100x more money gambling then yes, you have 100x better chances to win -- but you also lose 100x more money should you lose. The amount you put in is directly proportional to both your odds of winning as well as how much money you waste on a lose, or even on a win(if 1 ticket would've won but you buy 100k, that's pretty wasteful.) That's just innately how gambling works, and there's nothing really fair/unfair about it.. If a person wants to spend a fortune gambling he/she could still lose just as easily, after all, it's not like they're sure to win.
EDIT: I do agree with everyone who says this would be better as a potion lottery, though.

It might be a good idea to look into giving the potion an "expiration date" though, to prevent people with insane stamina pools from winning the lottery, say, 10 times, then using 10 potions at once for 20k stamina. Something like 24-48 hours seems fair to me, though I'm just throwing numbers out.
Also, I REALLY liked the old lotteries. I'm sad they're gone
The only ones I disliked were the fsp -> fsp lottos, but once those were gone I loved them all

I like the idea however I'ld also like the ability to chose when the buff occures, within the limits of 24 hours. The reason I say this is that, in the hour I'm waiting to see if I win, I can end up burning all my stamina and being able to wait a few hours before using my prize would make it even more valuable. To prevent stock piling these and using two or three at once you could have a check that will say "Sorry you have already won in the last 24 hours please wait till tomorrow to play again"
This might make more players play because they could have 23 hours worth of stamina to enjoy the buff. It would suck to win and have like 150 stamina.

People would get super-buffed when they were offline or out of stam. Just as good as inactive accounts getting recruiter prizes lately.
Instead of fluff crap like this, why not just implement that Easy Fix for Gold Vs. FSP *FIX* ?
