If you leave a guild, does that guild lose the XP that you've contributed while a member?

also . . . withdrawing money from the guild bank . . . is there a way to lock that down? Seems dangerous.

Most guilds have the permission's set so that only the guild founder and maybe one or two other trusted members have access to the bank. Also the guild only loses the xp lost that has not been locked. Every day the guild automatically gets a small percent of the total xp contributed locked.

Heres a simple setup to allow who can get what :
1- Guild Founder
Full access to guild
2- Guild Leaders
If you have very few guild leaders and officers (like 2-4)
Full access to guild except for Guild Bank withdraw
3- Guild Members
For the newly arrived members :
Bank Deposit
For the moderate contributed members :
Bank Deposit
For the high contributed member :
Bank Deposit
Item Store
Item Withdraw
For the longtime and loyal member :
Bank Deposit
Bank Withdraw
Item Store
Item Withdraw
Invite Players
Reject Players
Well this is just my opinion of how to run a guild, but you could ask other people who are experienced guild leader or founder.
