+2% for bronze
+4% for silver
+7% for gold
+12% for crystal
Since you would need a fair few medals to max it out, it wouldn't be easy to get, maybe have the enhancement make counter attack from the pvp arena applicable to a proper battle, but on a smaller chance, it would also make armor setups just a little scarier to attack when on bounties or something
Just came up with that when bored

I picture something like this:
Bronze: +10 max stamina
Silver: +25 max stamina
Gold: +50 max stamina
Crystal: +100 max stamina & 1 stamina per hour
+1

Now if HCS were to offer a +1 stam/hr then i'm sure it would inspire a LOT more players to strive towards their medals..

+5 stamina gain per hour for crystal medals would be what sounds literally fitting bonus myself.
Was going to suggest this myself until I saw your post. I completely agree, bonus to Max stam is useless to someone who's been around long enough to obtain a crystal medal. But hourly gain is a REAL reward for those who have put in the time to get a crystal!

Like many others have said, I think that +25 max stamina is a little low as reward for the achievement of getting a crystal medal.
Getting a crystal medal is not easy, and it's likely that most of the players that get one are active and high level players. These players will often have a lot of max stamina already, I've seen people with 30.000 max stamina, and at that level, another 25 max stamina is really nothing to write home about. Also, the reward shouldn't be too great either, as that would give the good players even bigger advantages.
I picture something like this:
Bronze: +10 max stamina
Silver: +25 max stamina
Gold: +50 max stamina
Crystal: +100 max stamina & 1 stamina per hour
This would give a little reward for every level of medal, with an added bonus for reaching the top.
With that said, the medals is a reward in itself, and is really just meant to show people that you are/have been good at some aspect of the game, and to give you some bragging rights, so there isn't really a big need for the extra reward for getting the medals.
I'd say that I'd agree.
Here is my idea:
 Level 1(bronze)= no bonus
 Level 2(silver)= +1 damage, +1 max stamina
 Level 3(gold)= +10 max stamina, +1 XP gain
 Level 4(crystal)= +25 max stamina, +1 stamna gain, +1 XP gain, +1 damage, +10000 Current XP
*Bonuses are not cumulative
 Gain 10 medals (max level) for:
+250 max stamina
+10 stamina gain
+10 XP gain
+10 damage
+1000K Current XP
* +5 Stat points for all items gained anyhow,
That will be the best bonus!

and i agree that each medal should have a bonus which helps you get the next medal in that area, but make it so it only gives that bonus when you do something related to gaining it, like: for the adventurer medal, the player has an enhancement that gives him a % chance to use 0 stam on an action related to a quest, better chance the better is his medal. For SE hunters, better drop rates or better stats when fighting a SE..for hoarders give them interest rate for bank, and so on.

Maybe 200 or 500.
Overall, yes: why should I strive to attain something if it give me no benefits?
